Founded in 2014, Elevate Athletic Development was born from Austin Chambers' vision and commitment to unlocking the full potential of aspiring athletes. Over the years, Austin's unwavering dedication has resonated globally, leaving a positive imprint on athletes worldwide. Many of the athletes he has trained over the years have successfully transitioned to compete at the university and collegiate levels.

In 2021, Austin embarked on his professional coaching journey with the Newfoundland Rogues, and he is now entering his third season with the team. The year 2022 marked a pivotal moment in Austin's career as his global reach expanded with a journey to Australia. There, he immersed himself in the dynamic basketball community of the Land Down Under, engaging with and learning from a diverse array of coaches and athletes.
